1. Download the MySense app
Set up your account and connect the system from your phone. The app is your personal dashboard for alerts and insights.
2. Set up the kit – sensors and wearable watch
Place small, discreet sensors in key rooms (like the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen) and ensure your loved one wears the lightweight wellbeing watch during the day. The kit operates using a sim card, so no internet connection is required in the home.
3. MySense Everyday learns their normal routine
It builds a personalised baseline of what’s typical – like movement patterns, bathroom visits, and sleep behaviour.
4. Spot subtle changes early
If something shifts – disturbed sleep, reduced movement, more frequent bathroom trips – MySense Everyday notices early
5. Get real-time alerts
If something's wrong, like a fall or panic button press, our 24x7 Alarm Receiving Centre will be alerted and will attempt to contact the individual directly through the watch to check on their welfare. The team will then contact the nominated care network or the emergency services, as appropriate.
